Based on your personal and family medical history, we will create a care plan to ensure that you are up to date on all evidence based preventative care and screenings.
Coordination of Hospital Care
If you are admitted to the hospital, your PCP will be in close communication with you and, when available, the doctors caring for you in the hospital.
URGENT telehealth consultation while traveling
As a patient of Castro Direct Primary Care who maintains a residence in California, we can care for you if you have urgent medical needs while you are traveling. Depending on where you are, our ability to prescribe and/or send in lab or imaging orders will vary, however we will advise you on how to best navigate this.
After hours virtual access to your PCP for URGENT medical needs
As a patient of Castro Direct Primary Care, you can discuss urgent medical needs with us outside of business hours and we will do our best to manage your care within the scope of our practice.
